Client Support Network meetings take place monthly in a corporate enviorment, hosted by Chief Executive Officers or HR Personnel.
The objective of these meetings is to provide a forum for motivational discussions and mini-workshops for a mixture of clients who are now in employment ,or are still seeking employment .
Such is the success of the Clients Support Network Meetings that a full 6 month program of events has been structured to cover all theclients needs. This includes: basic IT workshops, planning for the future(budget control); basic health & safety: and a mini jobs fair . Many clients use these meetings as a central point to meet up with former clients who have completed the Ready for Work programme, support each other and share experiences on social issues.
To celebrate the clients motivation & development at the 3 monthstage of the Client Support Meeting, funding has being secured from the Birmingham BAOH Steering Group to take the clients on a Go-karting evening. As well as being fun, this event will act as an excellent team building exercise and enhance their development in the work force .
